The ice cream was unfortunately not so good in taste ..., the seating in the restaurant was getting on in years ...

Most unfriendly personal just had a discussion with the owner, they seriously kicked us out because we didn’t order for the second time after 30 min I looked there were other tables free. They told us if ur not gonna order u have to leave the table and we are daily customer!!??????

The Eis-Cafe Roma is located in the middle of the pedestrian center of the old town. It has an outdoor terrace. An extensive ice cream menu is available. The prices, if you compare quantity and quality to each other, are absolutely reasonable. The ice cream served is of high quality. I always like to choose this ice cream cafe. Walter Brok

I sat at the table and I wasn’t served during 20 minutes! 2 servants were running in rush trying to serve and count some clients. Guys, If you have quite many clients every day why not to provide payments via bank cards? It would save you much time. Finally I bought ice cream but it wasn’t tasty :(

If you look for an Italian gelateria, this is not the place for you. This is more like very commercial ice cafe which is average in taste, and contains tons of sugar. The ice creams, look fancy and colorful, but that's enough to call it good ice cream. The place is usually very crowded thanks to its great location, but I wouldn't try it again.

Perfect ice cream shop. I wanted to order but they do not recommend what I chose to take. It did not meet their own quality requirements. And that in the middle of the high season on a crowded terrace ... really honest and good advice. 5 stars!

A must go dessert cafe after dinner in town. This ia an Italian dessert cafe with more than 100 choices and very reasonable price. The size of the dessert is much bigger than we imagine. Sharing dessert there with diffetent favour might be good idea there. Besides, the staff there is warm and friendly too.
